4th edition of the International Grill Days

It is a non-profit organization that hosts high-impact, multicultural events dedicated to honoring the tradition of barbecue, a popular cooking method enjoyed by many people not only in Canada, but also around the world. These are special days when people gather with family and/or friends, or those they will soon make, to enjoy delicious barbecue meals prepared with spices and delicacies from near and far, including West and Central Africa, the Maghreb, and many others. These days feature outdoor grilling with different methods and flavors from each country (more than 15 in total), followed by side dishes to discover, a barbecue competition, and the sharing of favorite recipes and techniques for cooking and mixing ingredients.
